Savoury post time! I had some bolognaise in the freezer from only a few days previously so instead of doing the old spag bol again decided on a pasta bake. I cooked up a load of tube shaped pasta (Penne I think?), mixed in the bolognaise and then added cheddar, gouda and parmesan. In TWO layers. I baked it on medium high for about 20 minutes. To say it was cheesy is an understatement. So not a healthy meal by any stretch but man alive it tasted good. Too good. I ate so much I felt ill… But I was happy.
